Our comprehensive food services program is designed to address the immediate and long-term nutritional needs of individuals and families facing homelessness. Through our community kitchen, we offer warm and nourishing meals in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our dedicated team of volunteers and staff prepares and serves nutritious meals, fostering a sense of community and connection. We understand the importance of not only nourishing the body but also providing a space where individuals can find solace, share stories, and build relationships with others who understand their struggles.

In addition to our community kitchen, we also distribute food boxes that contain a well-balanced selection of groceries and pantry staples. These food boxes are thoughtfully curated to meet the diverse dietary needs of our clients, ensuring that they have access to essential sustenance even outside our kitchen hours. We collaborate with local farmers, food banks, and community partners to source fresh, healthy ingredients, promoting wellness and nutrition for those in need.

At New Day Supportive Housing Services, Inc., our commitment to ending hunger goes beyond providing meals. We recognize that individuals facing homelessness often encounter unique challenges in accessing food on a daily basis. Our dedicated team works closely with clients, providing guidance and support in navigating available resources, such as SNAP benefits (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and community food programs. By connecting individuals with these vital resources, we empower them to take control of their nutritional well-being and build a path towards stability.
